Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.
All packages will be shipped USPS.
We offer discrete shipping all products will be shipped in a plain box or standard priority mail mailer with the return address labeled "EMP". There will be no mention of “Everlast Metal Pipes” on your shipping package. Payment processing, however, will still show Everlastmetalpipes. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Adult Signature Required For Delivery
Our products are for persons 21 years or older and we do not ship to minors.
We reserve the right to add a signature requirement to any order at our discretion. We do this to prevent underage orders and fraud.

Products will be shipped from our location in Grass Valley, CA.
Where will you ship to?
We will ship anywhere in the United states and some international countries.
The international countries we will ship to are Australia, Canada, Columbia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Egypt, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Singapore, Thailand, and the United Kingdom.
Orders placed before 12 PM - PST will be mailed out the same day, otherwise, within the next business day. Our shop operates on Monday - Friday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the shop will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum. We cannot guarantee the day of delivery but we do everything we can to make sure you get your package as soon as possible.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
Upon shipping, customers will receive a tracking link from which they will be able to follow the progress of their shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.
Parcels Damaged In Transit
If you find a parcel is damaged in-transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service at email@example.com with next steps.
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our returns/refund policy.
Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value as stated by the courier.
